MotoGP Cancels Three Races Final Due to Coronavirus
Due to the coronavirus, the Grands Prix in the MotoGP of Argentina, Thailand and Malaysia are cancelled.
The three races had previously been postponed, but will not be overtaken this season, the international motorsport federation (FIM) confirmed on Friday.
The motorsport year, which has been considerably shortened by the corona, will be concluded at the end of November with a race in Europe that will be described as the season finale.
Rights holder Dorna will announce on August 10 where it will take place.
Two races have so far been completed in MotoGP this season, both in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. In total, fifteen instead of twenty races are organized.
