HPE Boss: End Chip Shortage in Sight

The CEO of HPE thinks that the current chip shortage is ending. Antonio Neri, CEO of the tech company, expects the market to look significantly better by the summer of 2022.

Among other things, Neri points to the arrival of new chip factories in early 2022, which will make more production capacity available.

It will not be easy, he tells the American channel CNBC, but he expects that this will solve several problems in the supply chain.

Antonio Neri points out that HPE has suppliers worldwide, and the company is constantly adapting the way it makes its products.

“We’re getting smarter in how we build products, the composition of building materials and the ability to replace components along the way,” he says.
